All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) signed by both parties. Verbal commitments are not binding. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the signed agreement only.
Tri Stone Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question. We make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Standard terms are: 40% advance, 40% at milestone, 20% on delivery. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Late payments attract 1.5% monthly interest.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Tri Stone Industries reserves the right to terminate agreements immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
